  • Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available once the project has been delivered and accepted.
  • All prices are subject to change. Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date of the quote unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

  • All original designs, code, graphics, and content created by Mubashir Dev are protected by copyright and remain the property of Mubashir Khan until full payment is received and ownership is formally transferred.
  • Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose. Redistribution or resale of deliverables as templates or stock assets is prohibited without written consent.
  • Any materials provided by the client (images, text, branding assets) remain the client's property. The client warrants they have the right to use and distribute such materials.

Confidentiality

Any sensitive information shared during the course of a project (business strategies, proprietary data, credentials) is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit written permission, except where required by law.

Changes to Terms

Mubashir Dev reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is recommended to review this page periodically for updates.
